Canine Aquafitness COVID-19 Update: We’re Open for You!

To Our Caring Clients:

We’d like to reassure you that we are open and flexible during this time. Our options include drop-off visits, tele-vet services over video chat, and regular appointments with some added policies to ensure the health and safety of everyone involved. The medical community is uniting to stop the spread of COVID-19, and throughout this process, we still want to meet the needs of your pets. We are committed to being present and supportive during this difficult time.

How We Are Keeping Safe:

We have stepped up our excellent sanitizing regimen. Ensuring surfaces (door knobs, counter, exam tables, reception area, keyboards, telephones, and point of service terminals) are disinfected after each client visit. Staff wash their hands every half hour in addition to this, the doctors clean their hands before and after every patient visit. Our staff is carefully monitoring their health and anyone who is ill will stay home.

Our Request:

We require clients to wear masks before entering the clinic.  We will be asking screening questions of all our clients prior to booking appointments. If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or have travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days, we ask that you let us know.
