We appreciate your loyal business and allowing us to be a part of your pet’s life. In order to continue providing the best care possible for your dear pet, we’ve had to implement a new policy. Due to frequent last-minute cancellations and “no show” appointments, it has been increasingly difficult to efficiently book appointments which are customized to our clients’ different schedules and needs. For this reason, we will now be requiring a minimum 48-hour cancellation notice. Without the required notice, a fee for the full cost of the scheduled appointment will be charged.
